THE SAUNA MUST BE PLACED ON A FLAT, LEVEL SURFACE. SUITABLE FOUNDATIONS INCLUDE CONCRETE PADS, REINFORCED DECKS, GRAVEL BASES, PAVERS, OR PROPERLY LEVELED CONCRETE BLOCKS.
site preparation is the responsibility of the customer and must be complete before sauna delivery and install date.
IF YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ASSESSING SITE ACCESS OR PREPARING THE foundation, OUR TEAM WILL BE HAPPY TO coordinate with your site contractor.

We only build six saunas a year, so when your build starts depends on what's currently in production.
Once your build begins, production typically takes 8-10 weeks. We provide updates throughout the build, keeping you informed on progress and timeline.
A 50% deposit secures your slot in the schedule, with balance due on delivery.
